Who we are

VerraField is a mobile and web application developed and operated by NextVerra LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). VerraField is a field-sales tool used by canvassing teams to track door-to-door activity, leads, and sales performance.

Information we collect

We collect the information you need to use the app’s core features:

• Account information: email address, name, phone number, and password.
• Location data: your device’s GPS coordinates while the app is open, used to display your position on the map and to attach addresses to houses you record.
• Field activity: houses you create, status updates, notes, photographs, contract totals, and timestamps you log.
• Device information: device type, operating system, and crash diagnostics.

How we use it

We use the data you provide to: (a) operate the app’s features for you and your team; (b) display rankings, reports, and analytics inside the app to your organization’s administrators; (c) keep the app reliable and secure.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to target ads.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and opt in on our website, we use it to send the text messages you agreed to receive. Consent is collected in two separate, optional checkboxes: one for non-marketing messages such as demo confirmations, replies and account notifications, and one for marketing messages such as product news and offers. Neither box is ticked for you, and neither is a condition of buying anything from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile number.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. The full terms of our text-message program are in our Terms of Service at verrafield.com/terms.

Who can see your data

Inside your company, what people can see depends on their role. Reps see their own data, anything shared with them through passenger pairing, and coworkers’ names, activity and sales totals on leaderboards and competitions. Office administrators see their office. Regional administrators and account owners see everything in the company. We, NextVerra LLC, access your data only when support or operations require it.

Service providers

We use Supabase Inc. to host our database and authentication, Vercel Inc. to host the web app, Expo (Application Services Inc.) to build and distribute the mobile apps, OpenAI L.L.C. to power the in-app VerraField AI chat, Mapbox Inc. to render maps, and HighLevel Inc. to deliver our text messages and host our booking forms. Each is bound by their own privacy practices. None of them receives your mobile information for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request its correction, or request deletion by emailing us. If you live in a region with specific privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA), those rights apply.

Children

VerraField is not intended for, and is not directed to, children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email.
