Who we are

VerraField is a mobile and web application developed and operated by NextVerra LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). VerraField is a field-sales tool used by canvassing teams to track door-to-door activity, leads, and sales performance.

Information we collect

We collect the information you need to use the app’s core features:

• Account information: email address, name, phone number, and password.
• Location data: your device’s GPS coordinates while the app is open, used to display your position on the map and to attach addresses to houses you record.
• Field activity: houses you create, status updates, notes, photographs, contract totals, and timestamps you log.
• Device information: device type, operating system, and crash diagnostics.

How we use it

We use the data you provide to: (a) operate the app’s features for you and your team; (b) display rankings, reports, and analytics inside the app to your organization’s administrators; (c) keep the app reliable and secure.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to target ads.

Who can see your data

Your data is scoped to your company. Reps see their own data (and data shared via passenger-pairing). Office administrators see their office. Regional administrators see their region. Account owners see everything within their company. We, NextVerra LLC, only access your data when required for support or operations.

Service providers

We use Supabase Inc. to host our database and authentication, Vercel Inc. to host the web app, Expo (Application Services Inc.) to build and distribute the mobile apps, OpenAI L.L.C. to power the in-app VerraField AI chat, and Mapbox Inc. to render maps. Each is bound by their own privacy practices.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request its correction, or request deletion by emailing us. If you live in a region with specific privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA), those rights apply.

Children

VerraField is not intended for, and is not directed to, children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email.
