Terms of Service
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Who we are
VerraField is a field-sales platform operated by NextVerra LLC, an Alabama limited liability company doing business as VerraField (“we,” “us,” “our”). These terms cover your use of this website, the VerraField apps for iOS, Android and web, and any text messages you receive from us. By creating an account, using the app, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to them.
The service
VerraField gives door-to-door and home-service sales teams live territory maps, lead and activity tracking, reporting for managers, and an AI coach. We add, change and retire features as the product develops.
Accounts
You need an account to use the app. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Your company’s account owner and administrators can see, change and remove data and users inside your organization, including yours. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Seats, fees and billing
VerraField is sold as a per-seat subscription, billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed at ten times the monthly rate, so two months are free. A one-time setup fee applies to your first invoice and is sized to your team. Current per-seat rates are on our pricing page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on the card on file until they are cancelled. Account owners can update payment details or cancel from Account → Billing in the app, which opens our Stripe billing portal. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it.
Your data
The leads, houses, activity, notes and photos your team records belong to your organization, not to us. We store and process them to run the service for you. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use VerraField to break the law, to harass anyone, to reverse-engineer or resell the platform, or to reach data belonging to another company. Canvassing is regulated differently in every city. You are responsible for the permit, registration, no-knock and do-not-solicit rules that apply where your team works.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and tick the SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive text messages from NextVerra LLC, doing business as VerraField, at the number you provided.
Consent is collected in two separate, optional checkboxes, and neither is pre-ticked:
- Non-marketing messages, such as demo confirmations and reminders, replies to something you asked us, and onboarding or account notifications.
- Marketing messages, such as product news, special offers, discounts and service updates.
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can submit our forms without ticking either box.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. For help, reply HELP or email support@verrafield.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile number. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Availability and support
We aim to keep VerraField running around the clock, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages at our hosting providers and problems on your own network can all interrupt it. Support is at support@verrafield.com.
Intellectual property
The VerraField software, brand, design and documentation are ours. Your subscription is a licence to use them, not a transfer of ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
Disclaimers
VerraField is provided “as is.” The AI coach produces suggestions, not legal, financial or professional advice, and it can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that it will produce any particular sales result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NextVerra LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using VerraField at any time and cancel from the billing portal. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that goes unpaid. When an account closes, we handle the data in line with the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will say so in the app or by email. Continuing to use VerraField after a change means you accept the updated terms.
